Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a liaison between our clients and communications providers, ensuring seamless interactions and optimal solutions.
  • Manage a complex account base, preserving and growing revenue through proactive client contact, network and billing optimization, and technology migration projects.
  • Deliver guaranteed savings to assigned clients and identify unique solutions for technology optimization and migration projects.
  • Resolve billing issues and manage MACD projects from start to finish.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and maintain a strong work-life balance.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of telecommunications experience, with a Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proven track record of meeting deadlines and delivering results.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Visio and experience with RPM, as well as strong technical proficiency in O365 and CRM database tools.
  • Ability to learn and understand new products, technology, and software.
