Job Summary

We are seeking a Client Service Associate or Manager to serve as the liaison between our clients and Financial Advisors. This role involves working with all aspects of the client experience, including financial paperwork and account review preparation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Senior Vice Presidents and clients by leading and implementing the client service model.
  • Facilitate new account setup at the custodial and broker-dealer level, following up on fund transfers.
  • Respond to and resolve client requests, complete necessary financial paperwork, and establish trusts.
  • Maintain accurate completion of prospect and new client paperwork.
  • Research and follow up on issues with the Broker/Dealer, WEG Operations, and vendors.
  • Record incoming assets to the appropriate blotting tool.
  • Learn Company product suitability guidelines, financial operational processes, and financial sales processes.
  • Support client service functions for all teams as requested.

Requirements

  • 4-year degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of customer service/administrative experience within Wealth Management/Investments industry.
  • Financial administration experience is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills required to develop team and client relationships.
  • Professional presence and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and process.
  • Good problem-solving skills, ability to work with deadlines and prioritize work.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.
  • Salesforce experience a plus.
  • E-Money experience is a plus.
