The ideal candidate will oversee all non-clinical aspects of care, including the utilization of authorized hours, vetting of potential candidates, and management of communication between clients, field staff, and office personnel.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collecting and documenting referral information for therapy services
  • Communicating referral needs during staffing meetings to engage services for the client
  • Troubleshooting authorization and client family needs to determine feasibility and financial responsibility regarding therapy services
  • Completing required consent paperwork to initiate services in an accurate and timely manner

The Client Service Coordinator will also demonstrate an understanding of how to collaborate with family dynamics and establish effective communication with clients, field staff, and office personnel.
