  • Adhere to dealership policies and procedures, including ethical business practices.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Proven successful sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Knowledge of current market trends and competitors' products.
  • Proficient with technology and comfortable using sales tracking software.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
