BAYADA Home Health Care, in collaboration with Integrity Home Care and Hospice / Mercy Health, is in search of a skilled Account Executive to take on the role of Marketing Manager. This position focuses on cultivating and managing connections with referral sources within the community to enhance and promote our Hospice services.

Service Area: Camden, Dallas, Laclede, Pulaski, Webster, Wright Counties, MO

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establishing and nurturing relationships with healthcare providers, long-term care facilities, and community organizations to generate referrals for hospice services.
  • Conducting market research to formulate effective sales strategies, objectives, and plans.
  • Performing sales outreach and assessing the outcomes and effectiveness of sales initiatives.
  • Supporting business development efforts and fostering robust relationships with both new and existing referral sources.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree.
  • At least two years of recent sales experience in the healthcare sector, with a preference for hospice experience.
  • Formal training in sales techniques.
  • Demonstrated ability to create and execute a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy.
  • Proven track record of meeting referral targets within the market.
  • Exceptional planning, organizational, and presentation skills are essential.
  • The ideal candidate will possess established healthcare connections and be adept at networking within the community.
