Key Responsibilities- Manage the transfer credit evaluation process to ensure seamless transitions for transfer students.
- Provide exceptional customer service to transfer students, answering questions and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with academic advisors, faculty, and staff to ensure a coordinated approach to transfer student enrollment.
- Develop and maintain transfer articulation agreements with technical colleges and other institutions.
- Participate in events and activities to promote transfer student enrollment and support.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Experience working in a college leadership organization or university admissions office.
- Knowledge of college admissions and student recruitment principles.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Public speaking and program coordination experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Slate software.
