Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Transfer Enrollment Coordinator to join our team at the State of South Carolina. As a key member of our admissions team, you will play a critical role in supporting the enrollment process for transfer students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the transfer credit evaluation process to ensure seamless transitions for transfer students.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to transfer students, answering questions and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with academic advisors, faculty, and staff to ensure a coordinated approach to transfer student enrollment.
  • Develop and maintain transfer articulation agreements with technical colleges and other institutions.
  • Participate in events and activities to promote transfer student enrollment and support.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience working in a college leadership organization or university admissions office.
  • Knowledge of college admissions and student recruitment principles.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Public speaking and program coordination experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Slate software.
