Central Carolina Technical College is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to serve as a Dual Enrollment Coordinator. This role will be responsible for coordinating all dual enrollment activities with participating high schools and career centers within the designated counties within the College's service area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate dual enrollment activities with participating high schools and career centers
  • Collaborate with the Admissions team to initiate student communications throughout the admissions process
  • Maintain proficiency in admissions and advising policies and procedures
  • Communicate with partnering high school entities for missing documents needed for enrollment
  • Maintain detailed, organized student records for all dual enrollment programs
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree and experience in student services programs
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with high school entities and college staff
