Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Enrollment Representative to join our team at US Tech Solutions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for processing membership and enrollment applications, managing database updates, and resolving customer inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process new enrollments, terminations, cancellations, changes, and renewals
  • Update electronic enrollment files and work with operational areas to ensure accurate group structure and billing
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues with plan administrators and internal/external customers
  • Train new staff and maintain accurate desk procedures
  • Coordinate monthly billing and prepare invoices
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years of customer service, administration, or clerical support experience
  • 1 year of experience in a membership/billing/accounts area
  • Knowledge of computer systems, booklet ID card preparation, and state/federal laws related to insurance
  • Microsoft Office skills
