Requirements:

  2. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with front-end staff, customers, and other stakeholders.
  3. Leadership and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Computer Literacy: Proficiency in computer software and systems, including point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.

Work Environment:

The Front-End Manager will work in a fast-paced retail environment, with frequent interactions with customers, front-end staff, and other stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a team environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.

Salary:

$17.31 per hour.
