Job Summary

As a Front Desk Manager at Marriott Charleston, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a smooth operation of the front desk. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train front desk staff to ensure excellent guest service and adherence to hotel policies.
  • Manage front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
  • Respond to guest complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experience.
  • Monitor and maintain front desk supplies and inventory.

Requirements
  • College degree in Hotel Administration or related field.
  • 2-3 years of hotel management or supervisory experience.
  • Marriott or Hilton Select Service hotels experience required.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
