Front Desk Representative

Highgate Hotels is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team.
Job Summary:The Front Desk Agent is responsible for providing exceptional service to guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
- Process payments, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain accurate records.
- Stay up-to-date on hotel policies, procedures, and promotions to effectively communicate with guests.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry and report preparation.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a hotel or customer service role preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of hotel software.
