RN Trauma Med-Surg PRN: Delivering Excellent Patient Care

The Registered Nurse coordinates and delivers high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with the nature and specific requirements of the department, and consistent with the scope and standards of practice for the relevant state and specialty.
Key Responsibilities- Provide individualized, comprehensive, and compassionate care using established nursing models such as "Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage."
- Collaborate with medical providers and other members of the care team to ensure seamless patient care.
- Advocate for patients/families/caregivers and model a commitment to the organization's vision/mission/values.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and industry developments.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required within 30 days of employment start date.
- Registered Nurse licensure and a Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Nursing required.
- At least one year of RN experience, preferably in an acute care setting.
