- Carry out selected procedures, administer medications, and treatments requiring understanding and technical ability.
- Deliver patient-centered care to patients in their homes, promoting independence and well-being.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments, identify patient needs, and provide appropriate interventions.
- Administer medications, perform treatments, and provide wound care as needed.
- Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Florida.
- Graduation from an approved School of Nursing in a course of training for Licensed Practical Nurses.
- At least one year of experience in Med-surg or other acute care area.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills with patients, patient families, colleagues, physicians, and ancillary department personnel.
- Additional certification required for IV responsibilities.
