As a dedicated Respiratory Therapist, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality respiratory care tailored to the needs of our patients. Your expertise will be vital in performing diagnostic tests and therapeutic procedures, ensuring the well-being of patients under your care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough patient assessments, including evaluating breath sounds and airway integrity.
  • Administer respiratory therapies such as oxygen delivery and aerosol treatments.
  • Assist in the placement of artificial airways and manage mechanical ventilation.
  • Monitor patient responses to therapies and intervene as necessary.
  • Provide support during patient transport, especially for those requiring ventilatory assistance.
  • Respond effectively to emergency situations, ensuring airway safety and ventilation.

Qualifications:

  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification required within 30 days of employment.
  • Associate Degree or completion of a vocational program in respiratory therapy.
  • State licensure as a Registered Respiratory Therapist or Certified Respiratory Therapy Technician.
