Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented individual with a keen interest in digital and social media. The Account Coordinator will possess a solid understanding of digital and social media initiatives as well as project management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Sales team by assisting with pitches, maintaining client relationships, and executing campaigns.
  • Handle daily client inquiries and manage projects effectively.
  • Prepare for client meetings and presentations.
  • Contribute to campaign reporting, project management, and presentation development.
  • Communicate effectively, author presentations, and recap decks to illustrate the value of Emergent to partners.
  • Utilize knowledge of agency processes to support and create media plans and client-facing templates.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Account Management and Sales to provide strategic recommendations and proposals that align with client marketing objectives.
  • Work cross-functionally with various departments and key stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Stay informed about industry trends in travel, home, and digital media.
  • Think creatively and analytically, completing reporting in client-specific templates and communicating results and optimization suggestions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience in digital media.
  • Preferred experience in sales or agency environments.
  • Exceptional written, presentation, and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to listen, adapt, and respond quickly to changing situations.
  • Strong relationship-building capabilities.
  • Proficient in Google Suite (Slides, Docs, Sheets, etc.).
  • Quick learner of operational tools with training (Salesforce, Asana, Google Analytics, etc.).
