Core Responsibilities
- Assist in managing internal workflows, including the routing of materials and feedback, preparing assets for distribution, and maintaining project schedules. Act as the primary internal contact for client meeting preparations, ensuring documentation and follow-up on meeting outcomes.
- Oversee project organization, including the management of folders and files, ensuring proper archiving practices.
Qualifications
The ideal candidates will possess the following qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in client services or project management within an advertising agency or a related sector, with a track record of managing projects across various media formats, including digital, video, social, print, and large-scale website initiatives.
- Proven ability to cultivate collaborative relationships with colleagues and clients, confidently supporting recommendations and ideas grounded in business context and creative potential.
- Experience in managing multidisciplinary campaigns or large-scale projects from inception to delivery, including client management, scheduling, budget oversight, and adherence to production best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Google Docs, PowerPoint, Keynote, Acrobat Professional, Smartsheet, and project management tools.
