About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Service Administrator to join our team at Advisor Employee Services. As a Client Service Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting our financial advisors and clients by providing exceptional administrative support and ensuring seamless client experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to financial advisors, including onboarding new clients, managing client relationships, and processing client requests.
  • Manage client databases, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely updates.
  • Prepare client review summaries, update client account information, and assist with client appointments.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and staff, providing exceptional customer service and resolving client issues in a timely manner.
  • Assist with client updates, reports, and mailings, and maintain professional communication with clients and staff.
  • Work independently with financial advisors and collaborate with other team members as needed.
Requirements
  • Associate degree preferred.
  • Financial industry experience required.
  • 2+ years of experience working alongside a financial advisor in a fast-paced office environment preferred.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to learn new software quickly and adapt to changing priorities.
