Key Responsibilities:

  • Office Management: Oversee the maintenance of office supplies and equipment, ensuring a well-functioning workspace.
  • Meeting Coordination: Organize meetings, prepare necessary materials, and document minutes to support effective communication.
  • Loan and Grant Support: Assist clients with applications and inquiries related to financial assistance programs, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Reporting Assistance: Support the preparation of reports and documentation for regional programs, contributing to the overall efficiency of operations.

Qualifications:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a commitment to customer service.
  • High School Diploma with relevant experience preferred.
