Key Responsibilities:

- Administrative Duties: Manage incoming communications, including phone calls and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Office Management: Oversee the maintenance of office supplies and equipment, ensuring a well-functioning workspace.
- Meeting Coordination: Organize meetings, prepare necessary materials, and document minutes to support effective communication.
- Loan and Grant Support: Assist clients with applications and inquiries related to financial assistance programs, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.

Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel.
