We are seeking a highly skilled and service-oriented Client Associate to join our team at UBS. As a Client Associate, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional client experiences and supporting the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client information and ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Provide education and training to clients on account services and capabilities.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and materials for client meetings.
  • Collect and maintain necessary documentation for client onboarding and service requests.
  • Plan and execute marketing events and maintain marketing materials.
  • Develop and maintain a detailed calendar of activities for the team.
About Our Team

You will be working closely with a talented Financial team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a Client Associate, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients and develop your skills in client service, communication, and problem-solving.

Requirements
  • Series 7 and 66 licenses (for registered CSAs only).
  • 3-5 years of experience in client service, preferably in the finance sector.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, with a focus on a relevant subject.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
