Nighttime Patient Care Coordinator Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team as a Nighttime Patient Care Coordinator at Liberty Healthcare Management. This is a full-time, nighttime position requiring a flexible schedule and willingness to work as charge nurses when needed. The estimated annual salary for this position is $76,200-$87,600, depending on experience and qualifications.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  1. Assisting in the direction of nursing services and delegating tasks to other nursing personnel.
  2. Observing patients for signs of adverse change and notifying attending physicians accordingly.
  3. Implementing changes in orders as instructed and performing other duties as assigned.
