Job Description:This is a 32-hour per week position, Monday through Friday. As a skilled and compassionate Home Health Speech Language Pathologist (SLP), you will provide individualized therapy services to patients in the comfort of their homes, helping them recover and improve their communication, swallowing, and cognitive-communication skills following illness, injury, or surgery.
- You will assess patients' needs, develop tailored treatment plans, and collaborate with caregivers and healthcare professionals to ensure optimal outcomes.
