Job Summary: As a Weekend Care Coordinator RN, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care while ensuring compliance with reimbursement guidelines.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and progress.

Qualifications:

  • RN licensure in good standing.
  • Strong knowledge of nursing theories and concepts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation: Competitive salary and benefits package including $10,000 sign-on bonus and approximately $85,000 annual salary based on 3 years of experience.
