About the Role: As a Clinical Care Coordinator at Cone Health, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless patient care. Responsibilities:

Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you must have an Associate's Degree and 3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, including 1 year in a clinical specialty. A Bachelor's Degree is preferred. You must also possess a Registered Nurse license in North Carolina or a Compact state and BLS (CPR) certification. We offer a competitive salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
