Position Summary
The successful applicant will possess a background in overseeing, coordinating, and executing business office operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the business office team, including the recruitment, training, mentoring, and, if necessary, dismissal of staff members.
- Manage daily activities within the business office, such as budget oversight, record maintenance, and more.
- Prepare and issue monthly billing statements for residents.

Data Management
- Maintain essential statistics for the facility, including census data, discharges, admissions, deaths, and transfers.
- Oversee and manage the accounts receivable collection process effectively.

Trust Management
- Ensure accurate reporting of Resident Trust funds.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or equivalent experience in a Long-Term Care setting.
- 1-2 years of supervisory or management experience.
- High degree of professionalism and ability to uphold confidentiality.
