Job Description

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Office Manager to join our team at the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring the smooth execution of administrative tasks, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the management team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing reports.
  • Financial Management: Oversee the financial aspects of the office, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Human Resources: Manage the recruitment, training, and development of office staff, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of management and/or supervisory experience required.
  • Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, exceptional organization and planning capabilities, strong attention to detail.

Working Conditions:

This is a role in a fast-paced office environment. Some filing is required, which would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bending or standing as necessary.
