Sales Team Leader

Position Overview: We are in search of an energetic Sales Manager to guide our team. The perfect candidate will possess a strong ability to inspire and drive sales performance while consistently surpassing targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspire and lead the sales team to achieve and exceed quotas
- Analyze sales metrics to uncover new market opportunities
- Oversee the sales team to meet revenue goals
- Conduct skills evaluations and offer training sessions
- Organize sales initiatives and address customer concerns
- Foster referral business and nurture relationships with industry contacts
- Collaborate with leadership to promote growth
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years in sales management
- Experience in home improvement sales is advantageous
- Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Experience in coaching and mentoring
- Strong public speaking abilities
