Candidate Requirements:

The ideal applicant should possess a college degree, have more than 2 years of experience in inside sales management with a track record of success, and exhibit a strong interest in engaging with customers and prospects.

  • Drives revenue by coaching the team in acquiring and fulfilling orders, comprehending and interpreting technical specifications, providing technical insights, and developing client accounts.
  • Evaluates competitors by analyzing and summarizing competitor data and trends, identifying potential sales opportunities.
  • Creates sales opportunities by guiding the inside sales team on researching and identifying prospective accounts, soliciting new clients, building rapport, providing technical insights, and preparing quotes.
  • Secures new accounts and mentors the team on effective account acquisition.
  • Processes orders by transferring them to fulfillment, communicating expected delivery timelines, and addressing stock shortages.
  • Enhances accounts by reviewing customer purchasing history, suggesting related and new products, and explaining technical features.
  • Maintains and elevates quality outcomes by adhering to standards and recommending enhanced policies and procedures.
  • Updates professional knowledge by studying new product information and participating in educational opportunities.
  • Achieves departmental and organizational objectives by taking ownership of new and diverse requests.
  • Seeks opportunities to add value to job performance.
