Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit, train, and nurture a team of automotive sales professionals
  • Guide sales staff on best practices for closing transactions and provide mentorship to enhance sales effectiveness
  • Establish sales targets, monitor progress, and motivate the team to meet and surpass those objectives
  • Assist clients in choosing a vehicle by engaging them with thoughtful questions and attentive listening
  • Clarify product performance, applications, and advantages to potential customers
  • Detail all optional equipment/products available for customer acquisition
  • Deliver high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentations and demonstrations of new and pre-owned vehicles
  • Master the art of overcoming objections, closing sales, and executing all steps of the sales process in line with company standards
  • Provide training and support to the sales team and assist in finalizing deals

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a dealership and management is highly advantageous
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with a genuine passion for employee development
  • High energy and enthusiasm throughout the sales day
  • Goal-oriented and friendly demeanor, particularly during negotiations
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent customer service, communication, computer, and basic math skills
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
