Join Our Team as a Retail Store Leader

We are looking for a dedicated individual who is passionate about enhancing the in-store Customer Experience. As a Retail Store Leader, you will be responsible for guiding and mentoring your team to excel in various aspects of the Customer Experience, including store operations, employee training, team management, visual merchandising, and asset protection. In the absence of the Store Manager, you will assume full managerial duties. Your performance will be assessed based on your ability to drive sales and meet profit targets for your assigned store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Motivate and energize your team to achieve sales goals while delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable about all products and collaborating with team members to provide outstanding sales support.
  • Meet and exceed expectations in sales, customer experience, merchandising, visual presentation, and operational standards.
  • Serve as a bridge between customers, sales associates, and store management.
  • Develop and share expertise on products and trends to effectively meet customer needs.
  • Stay informed about all product knowledge and current or upcoming trends.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Qualifications:

  • Proven leadership abilities with at least 1 year of experience in a customer-oriented sales environment.
  • Comfortable engaging with customers to provide an exceptional shopping experience.
  • Results-driven with a passion for customer interaction and sports-related products.
  • Adaptable and resourceful in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Capable of initiating and completing tasks independently.
  • Strong analytical and cognitive skills, including problem-solving and financial analysis.
  • High standards of ethics, integrity, and reliability.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
