Overview

Your role will encompass overseeing store operations, training team members, managing staff, visual merchandising, and ensuring asset protection. In the absence of the Store Manager, you will take on all managerial responsibilities. Your success will be evaluated based on your ability to boost sales and achieve profit targets for your designated store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inspire and guide your team to achieve sales goals while providing outstanding customer service.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by being well-versed in all products and collaborating with colleagues to deliver exceptional sales support.
  • Meet sales, customer experience, merchandising, visual, and operational standards.
  • Serve as a liaison between customers, sales associates, and store management.
  • Develop and share expertise on products and trends to meet customer needs effectively.
  • Stay informed about all product knowledge and current or upcoming trends.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience with a minimum of 1 year in a customer-facing retail environment.
  • Comfortable and confident in engaging with customers to provide an elevated shopping experience.
  • Driven to achieve outstanding results through enthusiasm for customer interactions and athletic merchandise.
  • Adaptable and resourceful in responding to the dynamic demands of a rapidly evolving retail landscape.
  • Proactive in completing tasks and activities with minimal supervision.
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills, including problem-solving, decision-making, and financial analysis.
  • High standards of ethics, integrity, and trustworthiness.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
