Administrative Assistant Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Planet Professional.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to our team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records, reports, and databases.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events.
  • Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and vendors.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with MS 365, including Teams, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to new software.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • One to two years of related experience.
  • Healthcare industry knowledge a plus.
