Job Title: Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Office Administrator to join our team at INFRAREDX. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our employees and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service to internal and external customers, including phone triage, email support, and order processing.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks, such as maintaining visitor logs, issuing visitor security badges, and sorting and distributing company mail.
  • Office Management: Maintain the upkeep of the kitchen and general office equipment, as well as order office supplies and business cards.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary contact for facilities-related matters, coordinate facilities service requests, and communicate with vendors and contract owners.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of company corporate contracts, scan and file documents as needed, and assist with the maintenance of current company safety programs.
Requirements:
  • Education: High School Degree Required, Bachelor's Degree Preferred.
  • Experience: 3+ years of related office administration experience in a corporate environment.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications, strong customer service skills, ability to maintain confidentiality, and excellent organizational ability.
