A2I Enterprise, inc is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative. As a key member of our sales and support team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and Pursue New Sales Leads: Utilize targeted marketing lists to identify and pursue new sales opportunities, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible solutions to meet their needs.
  • Provide Customer Solutions: Offer our clients products and services that simplify and organize their lives, providing a seamless and personalized experience.
  • Process Sales Orders and Cancellations: Efficiently process sales orders, order changes, installation dates, and cancellations, ensuring that our clients receive timely and accurate support.
  • Provide Product Sales and Support: Offer product sales and support to our clients, as well as to our internal teams, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible solutions to meet their needs.
  • Complete Tasks and Projects: Complete tasks and projects, including building marketing campaigns, attending live events, and following up on customer enrollments, to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Excel in a Team-Based Environment: Work collaboratively with our team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals, demonstrating a strong ability to work well individually and in a team environment.
  • Grow and Retain Client Accounts: Work closely with our account team to grow and retain client accounts, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible solutions to meet their needs.

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required, with a higher education degree preferred.
  • 0 – 3 years of experience working in customer service, sales, retail, or hospitality industries.
  • Consistently reliable transportation.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, actively listen, and problem-solve.
  • Ability to work well individually and in a team environment.
  • Strong sales and closing skills and the ability to overcome objections.
