- Oversee all customer projects and work orders, ensuring seamless implementation of orders and service requests.
- Make necessary adjustments to orders during the budgeting phase.
- Collaborate with various internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.
- Provide regular updates to clients regarding the status of their projects and orders.
- Management of Sales Orders
- Request and negotiate vendor pricing for services and products based on order size.
- Support initial budgeting and quoting processes for clients.
- Assist sales personnel in finalizing sales by confirming signed orders and client purchase agreements.
- Remain engaged throughout the sales process to address any changes in project scope.
- Participate in project and account meetings as necessary.
- Quality Assurance and Customer Experience
- Ensure that performance standards are upheld for all customer-related activities.
- Help establish pricing structures for all products and services based on contractual agreements and margin guidelines.
- Maintain documentation standards for all account-related activities, ensuring adherence to established processes.
