    • Assist Sales and Design teams with product inquiries and technical order details.
    • Oversee all customer projects and work orders, ensuring seamless implementation of orders and service requests.
    • Make necessary adjustments to orders during the budgeting phase.
    • Collaborate with various internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.
    • Provide regular updates to clients regarding the status of their projects and orders.
  2. Management of Sales Orders
    • Request and negotiate vendor pricing for services and products based on order size.
    • Support initial budgeting and quoting processes for clients.
    • Assist sales personnel in finalizing sales by confirming signed orders and client purchase agreements.
    • Remain engaged throughout the sales process to address any changes in project scope.
    • Participate in project and account meetings as necessary.
  3. Quality Assurance and Customer Experience
    • Ensure that performance standards are upheld for all customer-related activities.
    • Help establish pricing structures for all products and services based on contractual agreements and margin guidelines.
