Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our Home Improvement sales team in Atlanta. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for attracting new home improvement contractors to offer their customers payment options through Upgrade. This is an exciting opportunity to join a new business unit and contribute to its growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to attract new home improvement contractors
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at home improvement contractors
  • Present and demonstrate the value proposition of Upgrade's payment products to home improvement contractors
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue growth goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and processes
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the fintech or financial services industry
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong ability to meet and exceed targets
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
  • Strong understanding of the home improvement industry and its trends
