Job Description

Financial Center First Credit Union is seeking an experienced Facilities Clerk to join our team. As a key member of our Facilities Department, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, as well as performing various administrative tasks.

About the Position

This is a full-time position that requires a high school diploma or equivalent and minimum two years of similar or related experience. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to work independently, and demonstrate initiative and creativity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinates supply orders and deliveries
  • Assists with U.S. and interoffice mail pick-up, delivery, and distribution
  • Performs general maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, installing banners, moving furniture, and miscellaneous repairs
  • Routinely patrols facilities and grounds, ensuring only the highest level of cleanliness, order, and maintenance
  • Performs administrative tasks such as document filing, assisting vendors/guests, coordinating appointments and meetings, and providing general support to Facilities and Credit Union employees

The ideal candidate will have a valid driver's license, strong verbal and written communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office products. We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
