Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, based on experience.

Job Description

As an Administrative Coordinator, you will provide critical support to our team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Serving as a point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and resolving inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Preparing and managing documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office and other software applications.
  • Collaborating with team members to develop and implement administrative processes, improving efficiency and productivity.
  • Providing training and guidance to colleagues on office systems, procedures, and policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 2 years of administrative experience.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
