The Marion Palace Theatre is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operational Support Coordinator to join our team. This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our theatre, supporting our Executive Director and working closely with other staff members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Office Support: Provide administrative support, including filing, organizing supplies, and preparing agendas for meetings.
  • Sponsor Coordination: Manage communications with event sponsors, ensuring they receive associated benefits.
  • Meeting Preparation & Record Keeping: Assist with staff meetings, take minutes, and track employee time-off requests.
  • Event Support: Participate in our rotating House Manager team, overseeing shows, events, and movies.
  • Creative Contributions: Help decorate the Pavilion and lobby for events, coordinate centerpieces, and assist with creative projects.
Opportunities for Growth

This role offers opportunities to grow into new responsibilities, initially assisting with managing our School Matinee Series and Volunteer Program, with potential to take over these programs in the future.
