Currently, we are seeking a dedicated Construction Administrator to join our team in Indianapolis. This role will support the daily operations of the office and interact with internal and external stakeholders, including project team members, other departments, clients, owners' representatives, subcontractors, suppliers, vendors, and regulatory entities. The ideal candidate should have prior work history in construction, contracting, or a related field and possess excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and effective communication skills.

The Duties and Responsibilities of this role include: Fielding inbound communications, coordinating scheduling, organizing internal resources, serving as a liaison between departments, communicating policies and procedures, facilitating executive-level operations, establishing and maintaining basic project control logs, reviewing and entering data from timesheets and daily tickets, aiding the estimating team, assisting human resources, interacting with project team members, and performing additional duties as assigned.

The Requirements for this position include: Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, being detail-oriented, punctual, and a team player, having self-confidence and professional presence, possessing a positive high-energy attitude and work ethic, ability to assess and prioritize multiple tasks, projects, and demands, strong verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a minimum of 5 years of experience as an administrative assistant, secretary, or receptionist. A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, as well as 1-2 years of project/construction administration experience.
