Job Summary

The Business Development Supervisor plays a vital role in supporting the sales team and driving business growth for Blue Stream Fiber. This position requires a self-starter with a results-driven attitude, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the bulk services market in Florida.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attend trade shows and industry events to promote company products and services, build relationships with potential clients, and stay updated with industry trends.
  • Host webinars for board members and implement video marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and attract new customers.
  • Maintain a strong LinkedIn presence by creating and sharing engaging content, connecting with industry professionals, and participating in relevant groups and discussions.
  • Collaborate with the sales coordinator to organize events, webinars, and other promotional activities to generate leads and nurture customer relationships.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of market development/research experience.
  • Bachelor's degree (B.S.), preferably in Business, or a minimum of six years of related experience.
  • Proven track record of achieving and beating quotas/targets.
  • Knowledge of the bulk services market or telecommunications in Florida.
  • Excellent time management, goal setting, prospecting, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong and effective communication skills both orally and written.
