Business Development Role:

The Business Development Supervisor plays a vital role in supporting the sales team and achieving the company's sales objectives.

This position is a critical member of the sales and marketing team and requires a self-starter with a can-do, results-driven attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend Trade Shows segments (HOA/COA, Developer, Multifamily) to promote company Products and services and build relationships with potential clients (in partnership with marketing and VP Sales).
  • Attend all CAI events, Management Company sponsored events, ULI, and NMHC events to stay updated with industry trends and network with key stakeholders.
  • Implement video marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and attract new customers (partnership with marketing and VP of Sales).
  • Maintain a strong LinkedIn presence by creating and sharing engaging content, connecting with industry professionals, and participating in relevant groups and discussions.
  • Attend Site Surveys to assess client needs and provide tailored solutions (as needed).
