Business Development Representative

Goodwin Recruiting is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Representative to join our team. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business, sourcing and interviewing job seekers, and working with clients to introduce them to candidates for their job opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions
- Source and interview job seekers to match them with suitable job opportunities
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and job seekers to ensure a high level of satisfaction and repeat business
- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in business development, recruitment, or sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and other recruitment tools
