Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership and guidance to the Area Sales Manager (ASM) and Territory Sales Managers (TSMs) to achieve sales and profit goals.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to aggressively grow the company's product market share in the region.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Analyze sales data and prepare forecasts and reports to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Operations Manager (ROM) to support increased sales and operational needs of the region.
  • Develop and implement business plans to drive forward growth of the region and meet new business goals.
  • Perform additional projects and duties as needed to support ongoing business needs.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of general business experience with HVAC wholesale experience.
  • 5+ years of sales leadership and/or branch management experience, preferably in the HVAC industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong ability to influence, interact, and sell to a wide spectrum of clients.
  • Ability to multitask and lead a sales force.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work effectively with peers, subordinates, and superiors across complex organizations.
