Position: Sales Executive for Technology Solutions

As a Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to acquire new clients and serve as a trusted advisor, assisting them in identifying solutions for their current and future technology requirements. No prior IT experience is necessary; if you are passionate about attracting new clients to Insight, we will provide you with the training you need.

Key Responsibilities:

• Target new clients with an emphasis on selling IT solutions and consulting on existing IT environments and future needs.

• Build and manage your own portfolio of clients, overseeing the entire sales cycle from initial outreach to closing deals.

• Cultivate and maintain client relationships within your designated territory.

• Conduct outbound calls and respond to incoming inquiries.

• Collaborate with our IT specialists to foster long-term purchasing relationships with organizations of various sizes.

• Develop partnerships with Insight's affiliates to generate leads and finalize business transactions.

What You Will Need to Succeed:

• 1-3 years of sales experience is preferred.

• Prior experience in IT is not mandatory, but a strong desire to learn about the field is essential.

• A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is advantageous.

• Ability to handle objections; experience in cold calling is a plus.

• Strong negotiation and listening skills are crucial.

The base compensation for this position is $42,500 USD plus variable incentive bonuses and uncapped commissions, along with additional benefits and perks.
