Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales of Optimal Pricing Strategy components to major retailers across the United States.
  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the Four Elements of Supply Chain Management: Integration, Operation, Purchasing, and Distribution.
  • Focus on solutions related to Retail Pricing, Merchandising, Decision Intelligence, and Supply Chain to minimize waste.
  • Collaborate with a team of four Business Development Representatives to identify and pursue leads.
  • Achieve high-value deals, typically ranging from six to seven figures.
  • Exhibit the energy and determination necessary to exceed sales targets.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of five years of successful sales experience within the Large Retail sector, with a robust network of industry contacts.
  • Proven track record in selling Retail Waste Management Software with a focus on Optimal Pricing AI and VOC Data.
  • Consistent history of surpassing sales quotas, particularly in the million-dollar range.
  • Demonstrated job stability and experience in the Medium/Large Retail Market (Fortune 1000) is highly desirable.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with a history of success in engaging C-level executives.
  • Ability to craft compelling business proposals and deliver effective presentations.
  • Familiarity with Solution Selling methodologies such as MEDDIC, Challenger, Spin, or Sandler is a plus.
  • Disciplined in managing time and multiple sales cycles.
  • A four-year college degree is required.
  • Personable and approachable demeanor.
