As an Account Executive, your primary responsibility will be to acquire new clients and serve as a trusted advisor, assisting them in identifying solutions for their current and future technology requirements. No prior IT experience is necessary; if you are passionate about attracting new clients to Insight, we will provide you with the necessary training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target new clients, focusing on selling IT solutions and providing consultation on existing IT environments and future needs.
  • Manage your own portfolio of clients and oversee the complete sales cycle, from initial outreach to closing deals.
  • Establish and nurture client relationships within your designated territory.
  • Conduct outbound calls and respond to incoming inquiries.
  • Collaborate with our IT specialists to build long-term purchasing relationships with organizations of varying sizes.
  • Engage with Insight's partners to leverage leads and finalize business transactions.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of sales experience is preferred.
  • Prior experience in IT is not required, but a strong desire to learn about the industry is essential.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
  • Ability to handle objections; experience in cold calling is a plus.
  • Strong negotiation and active listening skills are necessary.

The base compensation for this position is $42,500 USD, along with a variable incentive bonus and uncapped commissions, in addition to various benefits and perks.
