Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage your own portfolio of clients, overseeing the entire sales process from initial outreach to closing deals.

• Conduct proactive outbound calls and respond to incoming inquiries.

• Collaborate with our IT specialists to cultivate long-term partnerships with organizations of various sizes.

• Develop connections with Insight's partners to leverage leads and finalize business opportunities.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of sales experience is preferred.

• Previous IT experience is not mandatory, but a strong desire to learn about the industry is essential.

• A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.

• Ability to navigate objections; experience in cold calling is a plus.

• Excellent negotiation and listening skills are required.

The base compensation for this position is $42,500 USD, complemented by a variable incentive bonus and uncapped commissions, along with additional benefits and perks.
