Job Title: Hotel Guest Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Hotel Guest Service Representative to join our team at BMI Hospitality Management. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greets and checks-in guests, ensuring a smooth and efficient process
  • Answers inquiries and accepts reservations, providing accurate information and assistance
  • Controls and records financial transactions at the front desk
  • Maintains good customer relations by staying informed of hotel functions and services
  • Performs other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Ability to type 40+wpm
  • Able to learn new web applications
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs
  • Must have open availability and flexibility in scheduling
