Key Responsibilities

Account Management:
Maintain accurate and current information for all hotel guest accounts.

  • Collaborate with housekeeping to guarantee rooms are prepared for incoming guests.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns as necessary.
  • Respond to inquiries via phone and in-person regarding room availability, rates, amenities, loyalty programs, and special requests.
  • Facilitate the check-in and check-out process for guests, providing room keys and recording payment details.

Required Qualifications

  • Completion of high school education or equivalent.
  • Experience in handling phone inquiries and managing challenging situations.
  • Preferred: At least one year of experience in hospitality as a front desk agent, receptionist, or guest service representative.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and reservation systems.
  • Strong customer service, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
