Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team at Libra Solutions. As a key member of our Corporate Human Resources team, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our organization, ensuring that our workplace is safe, inclusive, and productive.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment and Talent Management: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, manage the hiring process, and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Employee Relations and Engagement: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by developing and implementing employee recognition programs, conducting employee surveys, and providing coaching and training to employees and managers.
  • HR Operations and Administration: Manage HR systems, processes, and procedures, including payroll, benefits, and time-off administration, to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Facilities and Office Management: Oversee the management of our office facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and vendor relationships, to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Stay up-to-date on employment laws and regulations, and ensure that our organization is in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent experience in HR generalist role.
  • Industry Experience: Prior experience in the Financial Services industry is required.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in HR/Payroll information systems, experience with MS Office, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Personal Qualities: Dependable, professional, and resourceful approach, with a strong work ethic and ability to maintain confidentiality.
